Rhonda Hayes is the owner of LouRu Property Management. As a full service real estate professional, Rhonda has managed rental properties for both homeowners and investors including all price ranges and property types.

 

In 2005, Rhonda became the first female to join the property management division of Century21 Trademark in Greenbelt Maryland. In 2009 she joined the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and would later on earn the designation of Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) in 2010.

 

In 2012, Rhonda became the addition to Horizon Property Management, LLC as Senior Property Manager of the Residential Division overseeing a diverse portfolio.
